Congratulations to Anna, our Great 8 Award winner this week at Holly Pond Middle School! Anna consistently demonstrates responsibility, kindness, and a positive attitude in everything she does. She works hard in the classroom, treats others with respect, and sets a great example for her peers. We are proud of Anna and thankful for the impact she has on our campus. Way to go! #BeGreat

Today we were able to recognize Mr. Richard Hays for Board Member Appreciation Month. Thank you, Mr. Hays, for all that you do for Holly Pond Schools. We appreciate you!

We are excited to take our 7th and 8th grade students to the Huntsville Havoc Education Day on January 27th. Permission slips and information will be sent home tomorrow!

Our sixth graders are starting 2026 with purpose! Each student created a word for 2026 that represents their goals, mindset, and the way they want to grow this year. Great job!

All of our students did an outstanding job at the Christmas Extravaganza tonight! From the 6th period beginner band and the 8th grade choir to the high school band (7-12), every group delivered a phenomenal performance. A huge thank you to Mr. Porter and everyone who hand a hand in making this night so special. We are so proud of our students! 🎶 #BeGreat

8th grade boys defeat Oneonta 44-38!!!!

Tonight is our last middle school regular season basketball game. Come out and support the teams at Oneonta. Go Broncos!

Join us tonight for our last home middle school basketball of the season. We will take on Lacey's Spring at 5 pm with the 8th grade girls and the 8th grade boys will follow. Go Broncos!

Congratulations to Miss Metcalfe! She was selected as the 2025-2026 Holly Pond Middle School Teacher of the Year. We are very lucky to have Miss Metcalfe teaching our 6th grade students.

We are continuing to update the Alumni Gymnasium! We are so excited about the progression of this 77-year-old facility that we had to give you a sneak peek. Check out some of the most recent updates to the lobby and the exterior signage.
