Tuesday, February 17th is National Random Acts of Kindness Day. This initiative is a small, intentional act to spark a chain reaction of positivity.

HPE will be participating by making a chain with acts of kindness. Peer Helpers challenge HPE to complete 500 acts of kindness Tuesday, February 17th-Tuesday, February 24th. Each act of kindness will be written on a link to make a chain in the hallway. Let's deck the halls with good intention!

100 days of learning, growing, and fun! Our kindergarten celebrated the 100th day of school by dressing up as 100-year-olds!

With the winter storm on everyone’s minds, we would like to remind you about the Winter Warmth Drive, being held in partnership with United Way and Mary Carter’s. Your support helps ensure that those in need stay warm and safe during the colder months.

Ask your child about their visit to the STEM Bus this week. Kindergarten through fifth grade students had a wonderful time exploring science through engaging, hands-on, problem-solving activities.

The Key Club is sponsoring a blood drive on January 13, 2026. The LifeSouth bus will be parked behind the high school library. You do not need an appointment to donate.
